Altapeak Rolloffs is a family owned roll off dumpster rental company based in Commerce City, Colorado. We have been renting containers across the Denver metro since 2015.

Altapeak Rolloffs Is a Family Business in Commerce City
Altapeak Rolloffs was founded in 2015 and has been family owned and operated ever since. The trash business came first: the family worked in waste hauling before Altapeak existed, and the company grew out of that rather than out of a business plan.
That is the whole origin story, and it explains more about how the company runs than a longer version would. The people who answer the phone and the people who drive the trucks work for the same family. There is no call center between you and the yard, and nobody has to check with a regional office before agreeing to something.
Today the fleet runs three container sizes across four Colorado counties, from a yard in Henderson. Every load is weighed on a certified scale, every price includes its tonnage and its rental days, and everything that can change a final invoice is listed before anybody books.

Every load is weighed on a certified scale at the disposal facility, and that ticket sets the tonnage on your invoice. Nobody looks at a container and decides what it weighs.

The quoted figure includes the tonnage and the rental days shown against that container. What can change it is listed before you book rather than discovered afterward.

How We Work
What Altapeak Rolloffs Will and Will Not Do
Written as commitments rather than adjectives, because an adjective cannot be checked.
The price you are quoted is the price we work from
It includes delivery, pickup, the tonnage listed and the rental days listed. Anything that can change it is on the pricing page before you book, not on the invoice after.
We will tell you when a smaller container is enough
The 15 and the 20 include the same tonnage, so stepping up buys room and no extra weight. If the load is heavy rather than bulky, a bigger box costs more and solves nothing, and we will say so.
We will not take what we cannot take
Concrete, brick, asphalt and dirt are refused, and we do not run a heavy container. Saying so before you book is worth more than a booking that gets turned away at the gate.
The scale decides the weight, not us
Every load is weighed at the disposal facility and the ticket is what your invoice is based on. Ask for it and we will send it.
We will say no to a placement that will not work
The truck needs roughly 60 feet of straight approach and clearance overhead. If a spot will not take a container safely, we will tell you before delivery day rather than on it.
Somebody will answer
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If you cannot get through, the booking form reaches the same people and does not need us to pick up.
